[VENUE] Rental Price - Includes #1-3 from above list. Morning or Evening Slots or all-day rentals.  Chafing dishes and china pkgs are available along with services listed below as add-ons.  Bartenders and dining attendants must be from Atithi.  Pricing varies by date, time, day of the week, and seasonality.  External vendor fees and release of liability requirements apply.

[VENUE+BANQUET] Priced per guest:

  1. Exclusive use of the main hall, lobby, host suite, bar, servery, as per your booking details.  Ample parking.  AtithiVenue.com

  2. Hall Setup - Layout with tables & chairs per the event plan.  Tables includes round, high boys, rectangle, and luxury chairs.  Dining tables include linen and charger placemats. 

  3. Amenities - Full stage with podium, mic stands, and monitor speakers.  Two mics and a 3.5mm audio inputs.  HDMI video input displays in the main hall, lobby, & bar.

  4. Food Menu - Cooked from scratch and served fresh from our on-site kitchen Curryblends.com.  Banquet menu customized for host and finalized at least 7 days prior to the event.

  5. Dining Experience - Servery setup for convenient buffet experience.  Premium china with appetizer plates, bowls, dinner plates, dessert bowl, goblet, and silverware.  Dinning attendants are required and added-on based on count and serving style.  Water stations are setup instead of bottles to eliminate clutter and plastic use.

  6. Gratuity is not included.  We leave this to host’s discretion, and request that this be included in the final payment.

Venue Details

  1. Decor Service $1500+: Customizable per host or occasion.  Instagram; Facebook

  2. Host Suite $100: Private room with full bath and backstage access

  3. DJ Service $800: Premium turn-key setup with full event coverage for 4-5 hours. djsre.com

  4. Bar service $300: Required if mocktails or any alcohol is served.  Dedicated Bar access, barware, ice, and a bartender to serve up to 120 guests for a 4-5 hrs.  BYOB and host brings plastic drinkware.  Upgrades to glassware available.

  5. Photo Service $400:  A personal 1-hr studio session plus 3-hr event coverage atithivenue.com/photovideo

  6. Audio Visual Service $500:  Active sound control, live stage activity display, and telecast/streaming option to host's online platform.

  7. ⁠Dining Attendants $200ea: Required for all banquet events. For disposable cutlery one per 80 guests, for China cutlery one per 50 guests, for canapes style one per 25 guests.

  8. Accents: LED Dance Floor 16'x20' $1,500; Photo360 Booth $350 2hrs; Uplights $250; ⁠LED screens: $1,200 to $3,000

  9. Vendors Fees:  If external vendors are involved, a service fees shall apply such as Caterer - $500; Décor - $400; DJ - $250, for others please inquire.  Facility access can begin 1 hour earlier for setup, and wrap-up can be delayed by 30 min for break-down, cleanup, loading, and haul away.  Host is responsible for submitting a liability release form prior to the vendor accessing the facility.

  10. Confetti Fee:  Use of confetti pops/guns, flower petals, rice ceremony shall incur a $250 clean-up fee; and host must disclose such a use prior to the event.

[ACCESS TIMES]

Morning or Lunch Bookings:

  1. Host access – Starts at 9AM (drop-off, setup, table adjusts, make-ups,...)

  2. Event winding down – 2:30PM (servery, DJ, Bar, and services closed)

  3. Complete wrap-up – 3:00PM (everyone’s departure and lights out)

  4. Earlier access can be requested at 8AM for $500; and at 7AM for $750

 

Evening or Dinner Bookings:

  1. Host access – Starts at 4:30PM (drop-off, setup, table adjusts, make-ups,...)

  2. Event winding down – 11:30PM (servery, DJ, Bar, and services closed)

  3. Complete wrap-up – Midnight (everyone exits and lights out)

  4. Extension of event time is available to 1AM for $500; and to 2AM for $750

Pricing and availability may change until a retainer/deposit is made to confirm booking
