Hall Setup - Layout with tables & chairs per the event plan. Tables includes round, high boys, rectangle, and luxury chairs. Dining tables include linen and charger placemats.

Amenities - Full stage with podium, mic stands, and monitor speakers. Two mics and a 3.5mm audio inputs. HDMI video input displays in the main hall, lobby, & bar.

Food Menu - Cooked from scratch and served fresh from our on-site kitchen Curryblends.com. Banquet menu customized for host and finalized at least 7 days prior to the event.

Dining Experience - Servery setup for convenient buffet experience. Premium china with appetizer plates, bowls, dinner plates, dessert bowl, goblet, and silverware. Dinning attendants are required and added-on based on count and serving style. Water stations are setup instead of bottles to eliminate clutter and plastic use.

Audio Visual Service $500: Active sound control, live stage activity display, and telecast/streaming option to host's online platform.

Dining Attendants $200ea: Required for all banquet events. For disposable cutlery one per 80 guests, for China cutlery one per 50 guests, for canapes style one per 25 guests.

Vendors Fees: If external vendors are involved, a service fees shall apply such as Caterer - $500; Décor - $400; DJ - $250, for others please inquire. Facility access can begin 1 hour earlier for setup, and wrap-up can be delayed by 30 min for break-down, cleanup, loading, and haul away. Host is responsible for submitting a liability release form prior to the vendor accessing the facility.

Confetti Fee: Use of confetti pops/guns, flower petals, rice ceremony shall incur a $250 clean-up fee; and host must disclose such a use prior to the event.
