​At Atithi Venue, we understand that hosting a memorable celebration takes teamwork and thoughtful planning. It’s the perfect blend of services and amenities that brings out the true joy of welcoming your guests. That’s why we’ve done the legwork for you—offering a curated selection of premium add-on services designed to complete and elevate your event experience.
Bar Service
Includes bar access, ice, refrigerator, barware, and professional bartends for 4-5 hours. Hosts provide beverages (BYOB) and plastic drinkware. One bartender per 120 guests is recommended. This is a required service for events serving alcohol or bar-prepared mocktails; must be pre-booked exclusively through Atithi. Glassware available as an add-on (typically $1–$2 per person).
Photography Service
Capture your event beautifully with 3 hours of professional photography coverage. An optional 1-hour studio session is available upon request. Videography service offered as an add-on and priced separately.

DJ Service
Enjoy a premium DJ experience with turnkey setup, event announcements, and music coverage for 4–5 hours. Upgraded sound, lighting, and effects packages are available for added WOW!

Dance Floor
Add a touch of pizzazz and sparkle to your celebration with our multi-color, programmable LED dance floor. It sets the perfect mood and energy; once the lights start dancing, the party won’t stop!

Audio-Visual Service
While our default AV system offers plug-and-play convenience, audio experience can depend on input devices, file quality, mic handling, and background noise. For audio-sensitive events or performances, we recommend our enhanced AV service; complete with an onsite technician for 3 hours. Includes active sound control, live stage display on hall screens, and optional streaming setup to your online platform.

Dining Attendants
Dining attendants are required for all food service events and must be pre-booked exclusively through Atithi Venue. Typically included in your event package and scaled by guest count - 1 attendant per 80 guests for events with disposable dinnerware; 1 per 50 guests for events with fine china and cutlery; and 1 per 25 guests for canapé style event.

A private room with a full restroom and direct backstage access—ideal for comfort and convenience before and during your event.
